Monday Safety Meeting: Strengthen Fire Prevention, Stick to Production Safety Bottom Line

The regular Monday safety and production meeting was held as scheduled, focusing on fire safety with all staff present.

Fire accident warning videos were played at the meeting. Shocking accident scenes showed severe consequences caused by hidden dangers such as improper electricity use, unlicensed hot work, messy stacked debris and blocked passages in workshops. Even a small fire can lead to property loss and threaten personal safety. The cases warn everyone: fire hazards are around us, and fluke mentality is the biggest risk.

The fire safety requirements of the factory are reaffirmed:

✅ No smoking or open flame in fire-prohibited areas including workshops and warehouses.
✅ Inspect electrical circuits regularly. No random wiring or overload. Cut off power when leaving.
✅ Store flammable materials by category and clear combustible waste in time.
✅ Hot work must be approved in advance with on-site supervision and fire protection.
✅ Keep escape routes and emergency exits clear. Do not block them with goods.
✅ Fire extinguishers and hydrants shall not be covered. Ensure they are functional. All staff shall master basic fire-fighting and escape skills.

Penalty rules for safety violations were announced. Zero tolerance for fire safety violations. Anyone violating fire safety regulations will be penalized. Those who cause hazards, emergencies or accidents will be held accountable severely.

Safety is the foundation of production. Fire prevention is everyone’s duty. All employees shall keep fire safety in mind, check risks before work, follow operating rules and report problems immediately. Let’s guard the first line of defense for safe production together.
